One of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time, Drew Brees recently announced his retirement after 20 years leading the New Orleans Saints and San Diego Chargers. Brees amassed an unprecedented collection of records, milestones and accolades, both on and off the field including leading the Saints to victory in Super Bowl XLIV where he was named the game’s MVP. Brees is the NFL’s all-time leader with 80,358 career passing yards, ranks second all-time with 571 career passing touchdowns, and shattered the league record with a touchdown pass in 54 consecutive games. A 13-time Pro Bowler, Brees won two Offensive Player of the Year honors, is a seven-time passing yards leader, a six-time completion percentage leader, a four-time passing touchdowns leader, and a two-time passing rating leader. A 2006 First-Team All-Pro and a four-time Second-Team All-Pro, Brees also was the 2006 NFL Comeback Player of the Year and 2006 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year. Brees joined NBC Sports in March and serves as a studio analyst for “Football Night in America” and game analyst for Notre Dame Football.
